Night Concierge – £32,000 | Chelsea | 7pm-7am (4 on / 4 off or similar rota)

We’re recruiting for a Night Concierge to join a prestigious, high-end residential development in the heart of Chelsea. This luxury scheme comprises approximately 200 premium apartments.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, resident-focused setting within one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a five-star front-of-house concierge service, acting as a brand ambassador for this prestigious development.

• Provide a welcoming, professional presence throughout the night shift.

• Monitor building access, security, and safety systems to ensure residents’ wellbeing.

• Respond to residents’ requests, enquiries, and any issues promptly and courteously.

• Handle calls, emails, parcels, and general night operations efficiently.

• Support the smooth running of the development and maintain high presentation standards.

Who You Are

• Experience in residential concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, or hotel environments.

• Background in residential developments preferred.

• Security or SIA experience beneficial but not essential.

• Professional, calm, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Reliable and confident working independently on night shifts.
