Location: Greenwich (SE10)

Salary: £27,000-£29,000 per annum

Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (8AM-8PM)

About the Concierge Role:
As the front-facing representative of our development, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of this busy site. This is a highly demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys variety in their work.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for all residents.
• Manage the secure distribution of 6,000+ parcels monthly and oversee key handling for residents and contractors.
• Address and resolve resident concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as an ambassador for our brand, consistently upholding professionalism and high standards.

What We’re Looking For From a Concierge:

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role, such as residential or hotel concierge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented approach.
