What is Abbatt Academy?
Abbatt Academy is our in-house training academy through which we offer CPD Accredited Concierge training. We offer both classroom-based and online training that seeks to raise the level of service to residents. Using a blended learning method by means of videos, role plays and group discussions, we ensure all our Concierge have access to this training which allows us to upskill our workforce in advance of them working onsite.
