Recruiting ‘Property People’ since 1959, Abbatt have been sourcing and matching onsite staff to London’s growing property industry for the past 60+ years.
Working closely with Managing Agents, Developers, RMCs and RTMs, our team recruit Concierge, Building Managers, Cleaners, Caretakers, Security Officers, Fire Marshals, Support Staff and more.
Today, the Abbatt Group find, place and train the people who represent and maintain some of London’s finest buildings. ARMA Partner of the Year 2018 and 2019, our services have grown to include CPD Accredited Concierge Training and our staff-outsourcing & HR solution known as Abbatt Dual Management.
We specialise in the residential and commercial property industry and have done so for nearly 60 years.
Property is our livelihood which is why it’s so important for us to give back to the industry that we are so passionate about. We do this by supporting industry events throughout the year and we are proud to say that we are two-time winner of the ‘ARMA Partner of the Year’ Award. We are also continuously seeking to raise the bar within property with our CPD Accredited training service; Abbatt Academy, which upskills all of our concierges.
