Salary: £31,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
-
Carry out general maintenance across the development
-
Complete and record scheduled safety checks (fire alarms, lighting, etc.)
-
Coordinate third-party contractors and manage permits to work
-
Perform light repairs: painting, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work
-
Keep communal areas and building exteriors clean and safe
-
Store and maintain tools and equipment responsibly
-
Assist with water testing, sprinkler checks, and risk assessments
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
-
Skills across multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrics, decorating

Understanding of building systems and health & safety standards
-
Relevant safety qualifications are a plus!

Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Comfortable using basic IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
