Job Title: Concierge
Location: Crouch End, London
Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 5:30PM
This iconic, Grade II-listed 1930s building is being transformed into a dynamic mixed-use development. As the front-of-house concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of this prestigious development, greeting residents and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk and provide concierge services such as handling enquiries, booking management, and coordinating deliveries.
- Log issues and service requests using the appropriate systems.
- Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of common areas, ensuring a tidy and presentable environment.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and the estate management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of communication with residents to ensure their needs are met and assist with any complaints or queries.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a concierge role, ideally residential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong self-management and reliability
- Calm under pressure, especially when dealing with complaints or difficult residents
- Understanding of security procedures, access control, and key management
- Willingness to learn and grow, particularly in facilities management basics
