Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Day Porter to join a residential development in Kensington.

About the Role:

• Covering 3 residential blocks (approx. 50 units)

• Providing a warm and professional front-of-house presence

• Assisting with deliveries, contractors, and residents’ day-to-day needs

• Keeping communal areas tidy and presentable

• Reporting any maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Day Porter, Concierge, or customer-facing building services role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and a courteous, resident-first attitude

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to manage deliveries, contractors, and day-to-day building operations with confidence

• Comfortable working independently across multiple blocks
