Concierge – Residential Development (North London)
Location: Crouch End, North London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum (flexibility for the right candidate)

The Opportunity
We’re hiring on behalf of a high-profile residential development in North London. The estate includes private apartments, public-access areas, and a landmark building currently being restored for cultural and hospitality use.

This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient, people-focused Concierge to become the main point of contact for residents in a busy and complex environment.

The Role
This is a front-of-house, resident-facing position based in the estate’s control room. You’ll be responsible for engaging with residents – handling enquiries, managing deliveries, logging service requests, coordinating contractors, liaising with the client and developer, supporting the Estate Manager and ensuring a smooth and welcoming daily experience.

Although the site involves ongoing facilities issues, this is not a maintenance or facilities management position. The focus is on delivering a reliable concierge service in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manning the front desk and WhatsApp contact point during working hours

• Greeting and supporting residents and visitors

• Logging service requests and tracking issues

• Managing deliveries and coordinating shared space bookings

• Monitoring communal areas and reporting concerns

• Liaising with residents, contractors, and the estate team

What You Should Know
This is a complex site still undergoing development so a calm, clear communicator who can maintain professionalism under pressure is essential.

You’ll work alongside a small on-site team, including security and the Estates Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in customer service, hospitality, or a concierge/front-desk role

• Calm and confident when handling complaints or difficult conversations

• Organised and reliable, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable using basic systems to log and monitor service issues

• Based locally or with easy access to the Crouch End area (preferred)
