Job Title: Night Concierge – SW1P

Hours: 20:00 pm – 8:00 am (4 on/4 off rota basis)
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Building Concierge on behalf of our client. As the first point of contact for all residents and visitors to the building, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Representing our client’s reputation, you will be expected to provide the highest standard of customer service, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of the building by following established protocols.
• Oversee building access and monitor CCTV systems to maintain a secure environment.
• Address queries and requests from residents and visitors, providing solutions and support.
• Maintain a clean and organised concierge desk and communal areas.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance requests when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, maintenance issues, and other relevant details.
• Ensure the building’s communal spaces are consistently well-maintained and inviting.

Ideal candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a concierge MUST
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and professional approach
