An exciting opportunity has arisen for a concierge to join a prestigious residential development in Westminster. This role offers long-term stability, a supportive team environment, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a professional, welcoming presence for residents and visitors
• Ensuring fire safety and security protocols are followed (full training provided)
• Managing deliveries, contractors, and general building operations
• Conducting routine checks, patrols, and administrative tasks
• Working collaboratively with a large, established team (21 staff members & 4 Duty Managers)

What They’re Looking For:

• No prior concierge experience required – customer service backgrounds (hospitality, retail, etc.) are highly valued
• A proactive, can-do attitude – someone who follows instructions and takes initiative
• Strong teamwork & communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adhere to structured procedures and safety protocols
