Job Title: Night Concierge | Luxury Residential Property

Location: Isle of Dogs, E14

Salary: 26k

Hours: 7pm-7am (4 days on, 4 days off)

Are you a customer-focused concierge with a strong security mindset? We are recruiting for a leading property management team providing first-class service to residents. We are looking for someone with a residential experience, good communication skills and a hands-on approach.

The role

· Maintain a professional concierge presence and ensure security.

· Provide seamless shift handovers.

· Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems.

· Conduct regular building patrols.

· Handle resident queries efficiently.

· Securely manage parcel deliveries.

· Announce and monitor visitors and contractors.

· Maintain accurate key logs.

· Report and escalate maintenance and safety concerns.

· Assist residents and guests as needed.
