Job Title: Night Concierge (4 on / 4 off)
Location: UB2, West London
Reports to: Development Manager
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)


Role Overview:

As a Night Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and smooth operation of the development during night shifts. This role involves overseeing security, assisting residents, and handling maintenance and operational tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Service:
    Greet residents and visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.

  • Security & Safety:
    Monitor the development’s security systems, conduct regular patrols, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed during night hours.

  • Resident Assistance:
    Assist residents with requests, including emergencies, deliveries, and access control. Be available to resolve issues or escalate where necessary.

  • Maintenance Support:
    Report any maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors or maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.

  • Emergency Response:
    Act as the first point of contact for any emergency situations, providing assistance and alerting the relevant authorities if necessary.

  • Log Management:
    Maintain accurate logs of incidents, requests, and any significant occurrences during the shift.
