Temporary Cleaner *ASAP Start*– City of London

We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join us in 5*, high end residential buildings in and around the City of London on a temporary basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest, award winning property management companies in the city of London. Our client offers shift flexibility, opportunities to go permanent and training!

As a Temporary Cleaner/Caretaker you will be responsible for keeping the building clean and tidy at all times as well as monitoring access to the site, handling contractors and dealing with resident queries.

Key duties:

• As a Cleaner your day-to-day role will include;

  • Cleaning of the building common areas e.g., hallways, reception, lift, etc
  • Hoovering, polishing, cleaning floors, and cleaning the windows.
  • Carry out general cleaning activities in the back of house areas as required, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean, and tidy
  • Ensure fire exits are kept clean, secure and accessible
  • Correct reporting of any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency.

You will need to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good grasp of the English language.
• Understanding of Health and Safety processes
• A good knowledge of fire safety regulations

Location: London

Salary: £11.50 -£13.85 Per hour
