Full Time Caretaker – City of London

£12.25-£13.90 p/h *Includes paid break*

We are currently looking for a full time Caretaker to join us in 5*, high end residential buildings in and around the City of London on a temporary basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest, award winning property management companies in the city of London. Our client offers shift flexibility, opportunities to go permanent and training!

As a full time Caretaker you will be expected to;

• Take out and collect bins
• Hoover & sweep
• Polish
• Sweep the entrances
• Litter-picking
• Replace light bulbs and repairs (if necessary)
• Ad hock tasks as instructed by management
• Keeping a daily log
• Correct reporting of any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency
