We are looking for a proactive, hands-on external cleaner / caretaker to maintain a high end residential development in SW London. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of cleanining and equipment along with a postivie can do attitude.

Salary: £14,705

Hours of work: 8.00am-12.00pm 20 hours a week Monday-Friday only, no bank holidays

Ideally you will have at least 2 -3 years of building cleaning experience, with a good knowledge of cleaning fluids and their applications.

Duties include:

• Clean / sweep/ jet wash all outer areas (Outer clothing will be provided)
• Collect rubbish from bins to 4 blocks of flats
• All bin stores to be tidied daily
• Bin stores to be disinfected weekly with jet washing 4 times a year
• Bins moved on bin days for collection and put away after
• Bulk waste broken down and disposed of where possible
• Cycle stores swept weekly and kept tidy
• Car parks to be swept and cleared weekly
• Courtyards to be kept tidy.
• Litter picking across the estate
• Litter bins emptied
• Sweeping of leaves in all areas
• Keeping the estate presentable

A number of cleaners have eventually become a concierge on the front reception desk, so we are looking for someone who is flexible at times with their working hours with a chance of future promotion.
