We are recruiting for a professional, reliable, and security-conscious Night Concierge to join a high-quality mixed-use residential development in the Pimlico area. This is a lone-working role, requiring a confident individual who is comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent service standards and site security throughout the night.

The successful candidate will act as the sole point of contact on site during night hours, ensuring resident safety, smooth operations, and a calm, well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Resident Support

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors during night hours
• Provide a professional, calm, and helpful presence at all times
• Handle resident enquiries, incidents, and complaints, escalating where necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold site standards

Security, Safety & Patrols

• Lone working responsibility across a mixed-use site with three residential blocks
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the buildings
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
• Log and report health & safety issues and security concerns

Systems & Administration

• Confident use of building management systems, access control, and logging software
• Maintain accurate handover notes, incident reports, and nightly logs
• Manage keys, fobs, and access permissions in line with site procedures

Conflict Resolution

• Deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations, including noise complaints or disputes
• Apply strong conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues effectively
• Liaise with emergency services when required

Building Oversight

• Carry out basic checks and inspections during patrols
• Report maintenance issues and defects to the relevant teams
• Ensure the site remains secure, tidy, and well-presented overnight

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a concierge, night porter, security, or residential role
• Confident lone worker with strong situational awareness
• Technically competent and comfortable using multiple systems
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills
• Calm, professional, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
