The Role:

• Deliver a five-star resident experience
• Manage high parcel volumes
• Handle resident key management
• Support security procedures & site patrols
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Concierge or customer-facing experience
• Experience working within high-end, luxury, five-star environments
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Comfortable in a busy, operational role
• Professional, well-presented reliable and team-driven
