Day Concierge – Woodford Area

We’re supporting a high-quality residential development in the Woodford area who are looking for a proactive and personable Day Concierge to join their team on a 3 on/3 off shift pattern, 7am-7pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, resident-facing role with real variety, responsibility, and progression potential.

The Role:

You’ll be the face of the development, delivering a high level of service while supporting the smooth running of the building.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming residents and providing excellent customer service

• Coordinating contractors and on-site activity

• Chasing and tracking maintenance and PPMs

• Keeping residents updated on works and issues

• Taking ownership of front-of-house operations in a proactive way

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where initiative and attitude matter.

What We’re Looking For From The Chosen Day Concierge:

• Strong communication and people skills

• A proactive, “can-do” attitude

• Confidence dealing with residents and contractors

• Willingness to learn and take ownership

• Background in concierge, hospitality, customer service (or similar)
