The Role:
You’ll be responsible for:

Patrolling and monitoring CCTV to maintain safety.

Managing access control, parcel deliveries, and loading bay operations.

Supporting concierge (covering breaks, assisting residents, handling parcels).

Being approachable and proactive – residents will see you as part of the community.

Using smart systems to log incidents and report maintenance issues.

Valid SIA badge – essential for this role.
