An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a highly prestigious, super-prime residential development in North West London. This is a hospitality-led environment tailored towards UHNW residents, delivered to exceptional five-star standards.

The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the development, ensuring seamless service delivery, outstanding resident experience, and exceptional presentation across all areas of the building and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site concierge/front of house team, driving performance and service excellence
• Deliver a premium hospitality-led resident experience with strong on-site presence
• Build trusted relationships with residents, guests, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee all hard and soft service contractors, ensuring compliance and SLA/KPI performance
• Manage day-to-day operational delivery across the estate and communal amenities
• Ensure full compliance across Health & Safety, fire safety, and statutory obligations
• Conduct regular building inspections and maintain exceptional presentation standards
• Handle resident matters professionally and diplomatically within a UHNW environment

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Building Manager, Estate Manager, Development Manager or Property Manager within super-prime or premium residential environments
• Alternatively, luxury hospitality experience with strong residential crossover
• Strong experience managing concierge/front-of-house teams
• Excellent resident-facing service standards and stakeholder management skills
• Technically and operationally competent with the ability to manage contractors confidently
• Polished, calm under pressure, and able to balance hospitality with operational authority
