This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property manager to join the team at their headquarters in Mayfair, my client is a market leader within the property sector and have an ever expanding portfolio of high end residential properties.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all budgets and service charges across 10/11 buildings around central London, the largest has around 20 apartments and the smallest around 8. Most of the buildings have resident porters in them so you would be accountable for managing them.

Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm, but flexibility is offered. You will be based in the head-office and you would be expected in the office at 4 days a week with one day working from home.

The salary range is between £40k and £45k
