Salary: £20,800 per annum/£12.50 per hour (excluding overtime pay)

Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week, but plenty of overtime available!

What You Will Do

· Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and professional approach.

· Oversee mailroom and deliveries, ensuring residents receive timely notifications and a seamless service.

· Manage contractors and service providers, keeping the estate running smoothly.

· Handle security and building access, ensuring a safe and well-managed environment.

· Assist with any resident requests promptly and efficiently.

· Work closely with the team to maintain high standards in shared spaces, including the on-site spa and restaurant.

What We Are Looking For

· Previous hospitality experience in the hotel or residential sector is essential.

· 5* customer/resident service – proof and experience of this!

· A calm, professional, and confident approach, even in challenging situations.

· Ability to work independently while being a key part of a strong team.

· Experience handling deliveries, contractors, and resident requests – ideally!

· A proactive mindset – spotting opportunities to go the extra mile for residents.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
