Estate Operative based in Harrow.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

MUST be able to travel to Harrow.

Main duties will include –

• Watering of the grounds and ensuring H&S procedure are followed as instructed by the site team (trip hazards)
• Ensuring all hose pipes are put back in order at the end of the day
• Litter picking
• Breaking down rubbish and dispose of what we can in the paladin bins
• Ensuring entrances to blocks are clear and free of cobwebs
• Sweeping pathways and car parks
• Cleaning bin stores
• General curtilage is kept to a high standard
• Reporting H&S issues to site management
