Rota: 4 on 4 off / 6:30am – 6:30pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our development, providing exceptional service to residents and visitors alike. As the main point of contact at the front desk, you will assist with on-site deliveries, address customer queries, handle service requests and day-to day duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to provide a high standard of service to residents, guests, and visitors. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and overall resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests, manage calls and front desk enquiries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional appearance.
- Handle complaints calmly and effectively.
- Oversee site security, including CCTV monitoring and access control.
- Manage deliveries, mail, and key logs accurately.
- Monitor and report Health & Safety or security issues; act in emergencies.
- Perform regular site inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Enforce fire safety protocols while on duty.
- Provide clear shift handovers and assist the Building Manager as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or concierge role, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident and articulate communicator, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers and clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and electronic record-keeping. Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
