Night Concierge – Docklands (near Canning Town)
Salary: £29-30k | Schedule: 4 on / 4 off, 7AM-7PM | Start: ASAP

Join a small, dynamic team providing top-notch residential service. We’re looking for a confident, flexible Night Concierge to be the friendly face of our development at night-working alongside security, you’ll focus on residents, customer service, and general concierge duties.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for residents-friendly, professional, and proactive

• Walk the site and ensure everything is safe and welcoming

• Respond to requests, emails, and calls with empathy and efficiency

• Support the smooth running of the development, including amenities and external areas

• Help maintain compliance, health & safety, and general site standards

You’ll need:

• Residential or hospitality experience (customer service is key)

• Confidence, flexibility, and the ability to react quickly

• Kindness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Team & Environment:

• Small, supportive team including security, maintenance, cleaners, and daytime concierge

• 2 people per night: Night Concierge + Security
