Handyman / Maintenance Operative – West London Development

A leading residential and commercial development in West London is seeking a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone energetic, hardworking, and proud of quality work.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per year
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-4pm (flexible start/end times)

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance including painting, decorating, minor repairs, door/handle adjustments, and leak detection.

• Support inspections and fabric checks across site areas.

• Bin management and communal area upkeep.

• Minor electrical and carpentry tasks; strong fabrication skills preferred.

• Pressure washing, touch-up painting, and revitalising tired areas.

• Report defects and follow through on corrective actions.

• Work alongside contractors and the on-site team, ensuring health & safety compliance.

Person Specification:

• Clean driving licence required.
