Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: E16
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Hours: 4 on, 4 off rota | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night shifts)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Night Concierge to join our team at a high-end residential development in East London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service in a premium environment.

As the Night Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service to residents, guests, and contractors. You’ll be the first point of contact throughout the night shift, ensuring a secure, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression
• Handle incoming calls and manage enquiries efficiently
• Monitor and control access to the building, including CCTV monitoring
• Maintain security and safety protocols, including key management and visitor logs
• Manage parcel deliveries: receiving, logging, safekeeping, and notifying residents
• Liaise with residents, contractors, and property management with a personable and professional approach
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and order across the development
• Assist in handling any incidents or emergencies during the night shift
• Monitor building systems and support with maintenance routines
• Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents, deliveries, and handovers

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and service-oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in residential or concierge roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service
• Experience liaising with contractors and managing on-site works
• Basic understanding of fire, health & safety, and building security
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• A hands-on, helpful, and people-first approach
