Salary: £50,000-£60,000 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours

The role:
You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of building management:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure communal areas are immaculate

• Manage contractors and maintenance schedules

• Lead and support on-site staff, creating a motivated and high-performing team

• Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting residents and visitors alike

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing prestigious residential or super-prime properties

• Strong leadership skills with team management experience

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Contractor management experience and attention to detail
