Location: Putney, South-West London
Salary: £27,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Contract: Permanent

The Opportunity

Join a prestigious private residential estate in south-west London as a Porter with a focus on cleaning and housekeeping. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work will have a direct impact on residents’ daily experience.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team maintaining beautiful communal areas and residential blocks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential blocks to a high standard.

• Ensure communal areas are always presentable.

• Be friendly, approachable, and professional with residents.

• Report and escalate issues to the Estate Manager as needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to keep the estate running smoothly.

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or porterage in luxury or high-end environments (hotels, private estates, premium residential).

• Pride in your work and professional appearance.

• Able to commute to Putney, South-West London.
