Day Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

Location: North London | Salary: £30,000 + Benefits | Hours: 4 on / 4 off, 7am-7pm

We are working with a prestigious residential development looking for a polished and professional Day Concierge to join their front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic site and play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience.

The Role

As Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the highest standard of service at all times. You will also support day-to-day building operations, compliance routines, and administrative tasks to keep the development running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage calls, emails, and queries efficiently and empathetically.

• Oversee deliveries, access control, and contractor visits.

• Support compliance, risk management, and daily operational routines.

• Liaise with management, contractors, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in concierge, front-of-house, or hospitality roles (residential or hotel experience preferred).

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Friendly, personable, and service-driven, with a focus on creating a positive experience for residents.
