Development Manager

📍 Location: North West London – close to Hendon Station (Thameslink) & Hendon Central (Northern Line)
💰 Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (DOE)
🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead operations on a major residential regeneration scheme in North West London.

The development is a high-profile project with over 1,500 homes, community facilities, and landscaped public spaces. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead the on-site team, and oversee the delivery of remaining phases. This is a hands-on role for a confident leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site team

• Oversee maintenance, mobilisation of remaining phases, and project delivery

• Liaise with residents, contractors, authorities, and community stakeholders

• Ensure high standards of safety, customer service, and estate presentation

• Monitor budgets, compliance, and service delivery across the site

Candidate Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale or high-profile residential developments

• Confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills

• Experience with mobilisation and phased rollout of developments

• Ability to manage complex dynamics, including community and safety issues

• IWFM, TPI, or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
