Assistant Property Manager

£35,000 per annum | Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm | Crouch End, North London

This is a hybrid front-of-house and estate facilities position offering hands-on experience in property and estate management. You’ll support the day-to-day running of a high-profile mixed-use development in Crouch End, gaining exposure to maintenance coordination, building operations, and contractor management – all while being the friendly face residents rely on.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-house/concierge duties: welcoming residents and visitors, managing deliveries, bookings, and access
• Logging and monitoring facilities and maintenance tickets
• Supporting the Estate Manager with daily operations
• Maintaining communal areas to a high standard
• Communicating with residents, contractors, and stakeholders professionally

Who we’re looking for

• Current or recent concierge/front-of-house experience
• Interest in property, building operations, or estate management
• Technically minded and willing to learn about M&E systems, facilities, and building defects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empathetic, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
