Development Manager – Major London Regeneration Scheme
Location: North West London
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

A leading national managing agent is seeking a standout Development Manager to take full operational ownership of a major multi-phase regeneration development in North West London. The site will total around 2,000 homes, with approximately half already occupied and the remainder in active mobilisation.

You will be the driving force behind estate operations – leading the on-site team, maintaining exceptional service levels and ensuring the smooth delivery of upcoming phases. It’s a role for someone who thrives in complex environments and loves building structure, standards and community on a busy, evolving site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring and developing the on-site team

• Overseeing planned & reactive maintenance across a multi-block estate

• Managing mobilisation for incoming phases, ensuring seamless integration

• Acting as the key point of contact for residents, contractors, authorities and stakeholders

• Upholding exceptional standards in safety, customer service & estate presentation

• Managing compliance, budgets and service delivery across the development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong track record managing large-scale or high-end residential developments

• Experience with mobilisation and phased handovers

• Confident communicator skilled at stakeholder engagement

• Able to navigate complex dynamics, including sensitive community issues

• IWFM / TPI qualification desirable (or working toward)

• Calm, resilient, organised and hands-on – a natural leader who sets the tone

This site needs an energetic “super-operator”: someone proactive, solutions-focused and confident running a complex estate with lots of moving parts!
