Housekeeper

Location: Hampstead, NW London
Salary: £26,400 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
(9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, working 5 days on / 2 days off, including weekends; flexibility required)

The Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding cleanliness standards throughout shared internal areas of the residence. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and overall experience of residents, visitors, and guests. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure the environment consistently reflects the premium standards expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across communal indoor spaces to an exceptional standard, following agreed procedures and daily schedules.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, sharing updates and information clearly to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• Work collaboratively as part of a wider on-site team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared objectives.

• Demonstrate respect, professionalism, and cultural awareness when interacting with residents, visitors, and team members.

• Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, or health and safety concerns promptly.

• Actively contribute to a safe environment for residents, staff, contractors, and the public.

• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives introduced across the residence.

• Undertake additional reasonable duties as required to support the smooth running of the site.
