Concierge – Hammersmith (W6)

Salary: £30,000-£31,000 | Shift: 4 on / 4 off 7AM-7PM

Step into a hands-on, people-first concierge role at a prestigious residential development of around 500 apartments. This isn’t just a front desk job – you’ll be the face of the building, creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors

• Handle enquiries, complaints, and operational challenges with empathy

• Support on-site operations, contractors, and compliance processes

• Make a visible impact on resident satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proactive, personable, and hands-on

• Residential, hotel and/or hospitality exp ideally!

• Strong customer service & emotional intelligence

• Comfortable in a busy, changing environment

• Someone who takes ownership and goes beyond the job description!
