Duty Manager – Residential (7am-7pm)
North London | 4 on / 4 off | £35,000 per annum

We’re recruiting a hands-on Duty Manager for a large, high-quality residential development in North London.

This is a visible, people-focused role overseeing concierge and daytime security, ensuring residents feel safe, supported and well looked after.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day concierge operations
• Working closely with on-site security (including patrols when needed)
• Handling resident issues confidently and proactively
• Being present on site – not desk-bound
• Supporting and developing your team

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in residential property / estate management
• Confident people manager who takes ownership
• Security-aware (no SIA licence required)
• Tech-savvy, switched-on and solutions-focused
• Positive, professional and approachable
