Temporary Estate Operative – City of London

£12.25 – £13.90 p/h *Includes paid break*

We are currently looking for an Estate Operative to join us in 5*, high end residential buildings in and around the City of London on a temporary basis. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest, award winning property management companies in the city of London. Our client offers shift flexibility, opportunities to go permanent and training!

As a Estate operative you will be expected to;

• Janitorial maintenance of the communal areas including the waste area to ensure building remain tidy and in well presentable condition.
• Daily inspection for building, report any internal and communal related defects defect to the Property Manager/Building Operators.
• Hoover, polish and sweep communal areas
• Sweep the entrances and Litter-picking (if necessary)
• Replace light bulbs and repairs (if necessary)
• Ad hock tasks as instructed by management
• Correct reporting of any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints. Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency
