Residential Cleaner
Location: SW London
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join a frindly team at a modern residential development in SW London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, professional, and supportive environment where high standards are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all communal areas of the development to an exceptional standard of cleanliness
• Follow established cleaning schedules and routines to ensure consistency and quality
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks, including carpet steam cleaning and internal window cleaning
• Clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces such as door handles, intercom systems, lift buttons, and touchpads
• Dust and wipe down surfaces including skirting boards, window sills, and ledges
• Ensure bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of in accordance with site procedures
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns to the Building Manager promptly
• Replenish cleaning supplies where required and notify management of stock shortages
• Work in line with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
