Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning, polishing, sweeping, and general upkeep of communal areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the development.
• Act as a custodian of the building and surrounding grounds, taking pride in the overall appearance of the site.
• Report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or site defects to the Development Manager.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence when interacting with residents and visitors.
