Concierge (Residential) | North West London

£28,000 per annum + Pension + Holiday Allowance

Permanent | Monday-Friday | 11:00am-7:00pm | 35 Hours per Week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Concierge to join a prestigious mixed-use residential development in North West London.

This is a front-facing role within a professional residential environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking pride in maintaining high standards across a development.

The Role

As Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a professional and personable front-of-house service

• Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors

• Managing access control and building security procedures

• Handling parcels, post, keys and resident enquiries

• Conducting routine site inspections and reporting maintenance concerns

• Liaising with contractors and on-site teams to ensure service standards are maintained

• Maintaining accurate records, logs and handover reports

• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the development

About You

We are looking for a polished and proactive individual who understands the importance of resident experience within a residential environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within residential concierge, front-of-house, reception, hospitality or luxury customer service roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, approachable and service-driven attitude

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures (desirable)

• SIA CCTV Licence (advantageous but not essential)
