An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional, polished and customer-focused Concierge to join a boutique luxury residential development in North London.

This is a rare Monday-to-Friday position within an exclusive development, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents while delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience in a high-end residential environment.

The Role

As the face of the development, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to residents, visitors and contractors, whilst helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
• Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries
• Managing parcels, deliveries and key control
• Monitoring CCTV and maintaining building security
• Conducting regular site inspections
• Reporting maintenance, security and health & safety concerns
• Coordinating contractor access and visitor management
• Ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate site records, logs and reports
• Delivering a professional and customer-focused resident experience

• Experienced in dealing with residents, visitors and contractors
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and maintaining records
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling issues or complaints
