Recruitment Resourcer – Perms Division

Abbatt Property Recruitment is an award-winning specialist agency placing top talent across London’s residential property sector – and we’re looking for a switched-on, proactive Resourcer to join our Perms team.

You’ll work closely with our Division Manager, learning the market from the inside and building a strong database of top candidates for our Perms desk. As you grow in confidence, you’ll start picking up real accounts to manage yourself – with genuine progression into a full consultant role down the line.

Our Perms team focuses on concierge, security, property management and building manager roles, taking a consultative, relationship-first approach with clients and candidates alike.

What you’ll be doing:

Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and your own network. Building and maintaining our candidate database. Screening CVs and running initial candidate calls. Writing standout CVs and bios for client presentations. Supporting interview coordination and candidate prep. Getting stuck into client meetings and networking as you grow into the role.
