Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Hours: Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday
Shift: 7pm – 7am
Employment: Full-time/Permanent
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join a small, prestigious residential building in London, comprising of 30 flats.
This is a fantastic role for someone who takes pride in delivering a professional, discreet and first-class service to residents and guests. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the front of house throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, professional and discreet welcome to residents and guests
- Managing the reception and front-of-house area throughout the night
- Monitoring access to the building and ensuring appropriate security procedures are followed
- Handling resident requests and enquiries in a calm and professional manner
- Managing deliveries, post and couriers
- Monitoring CCTV and building systems
- Conducting regular checks of communal areas and reporting any issues
- Responding appropriately to maintenance issues, incidents and emergencies
- Liaising with contractors, emergency services and relevant stakeholders when required
- Maintaining accurate handover notes and communicating important information to the day team
- Ensuring the building remains secure, well-presented and running smoothly overnight
- Providing consistently high levels of customer service to residents
About You
We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable and genuinely enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a residential concierge or front of house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- A calm and composed approach, particularly when dealing with unexpected situations
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative during the night
- A discreet and professional approach when dealing with residents and their personal requirements
- Previous experience within a luxury residential, five-star hotel or premium environment is advantageous
Salary & Benefits
