Concierge – High End Residential
We are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join a prestigious modern residential development in Chelsea, South West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and personable front-of-house individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the confidence to deal with complaints and emergency situations, and the professionalism required to represent a high-end residential development.
As a key representative of the development, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and clients. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment while building positive and professional relationships with residents.
A friendly and approachable manner, combined with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail, is essential for this role.

£30,000 per annum
About You
We are looking for someone who ideally has:
- Previous experience working in a residential, property, or similar concierge environment
- A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
- Experience liaising with contractors and coordinating works within a busy residential development
- A good understanding of fire safety, health & safety, and general security procedures
- The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, professional approach when dealing with incidents, complaints, or unexpected situations
Key Responsibilities
As Day Concierge, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing front-of-house duties, including reception and telephone enquiries
- Providing a high level of service and assistance to residents and their guests
- Maintaining building security through effective access control and CCTV monitoring
- Liaising professionally with leaseholders, residents, managing agents, and contractors
- Carrying out regular building patrols and reporting any faults, maintenance issues, or security concerns to the Building Manager
- Completing weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and other required compliance checks, ensuring all records are accurately maintained
- Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and complaints in line with Health & Safety procedures
- Managing key control systems and maintaining accurate sign-in and sign-out records
- Receiving and securely managing deliveries, parcels, and registered mail
- Notifying residents when deliveries or parcels are ready for collection
- Supporting the wider on-site team in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming residential environment
