Part-Time Cleaner – Luxury Residential Development

Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £14,500 – £16,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm (20 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Probation: Three months

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner with excellent attention to detail to maintain the communal areas of a high-end residential building comprising approximately 30 luxury apartments in Knightsbridge.

This role involves cleaning communal areas only, with no cleaning required inside residents’ apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the entrance, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts and other communal areas.
• Vacuum, mop and dust, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean communal glass, mirrors and surfaces using appropriate products and equipment.
• Pay particular attention to delicate finishes and report any damage or maintenance issues.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and flag when stock needs replenishing.
• Follow health and safety procedures, storing cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Work discreetly and courteously around residents, visitors and building staff.

About You

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within luxury residential buildings, hotels or a similar environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high-quality finish.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Professional, approachable and respectful of residents’ privacy.
• Confident using cleaning products and equipment safely
