Head Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: East London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)

Job Overview

My client is seeking an experienced, professional and service-driven Head Concierge to lead and oversee the day-to-day Front of House operations within a prestigious luxury residential development in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating the Front Desk Team, ensuring residents and their guests receive an exceptional, personalised five-star service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise the Front Desk and Concierge Team, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the concierge department, ensuring all procedures and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

• Deliver consistently exceptional five-star service to residents, guests and visitors.

• Recruit and interview new team members, supporting the growth and development of the department.

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the development.

• Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the team’s knowledge, skills and service delivery.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and address any team-related issues.

• Ensure residents receive a personalised and tailored experience, recognising their individual needs, preferences and expectations.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, transport links, amenities and lifestyle services.

• Manage the concierge department’s budget and resources effectively.

• Lead by example, promoting a positive team culture and ensuring luxury service standards are consistently maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Head Concierge, Concierge Manager or senior Front of House position, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end residential environment.

They will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver an outstanding resident experience.
